Fee Payment Procedure

  1. Direct Deposit into the School’s bank account:
    a. Fee payments are to be made within the due date to the designated account at any branch of Habib Bank Limited in Pakistan.
    b. Fee payments are to be made against the Fee Challan through Pay Order/Demand Draft only, in favour of INDUS VALLEY SCHOOL OF ART AND ARCHITECTURE
  2. Through Credit Card
    Payment is also accepted through Credit Card at IVS campus with additional bank charges of 2.25% on the actual amount due.
  3. HBL Internet Payment Solution IVS Students can also make their fee payment using HBL Internet Banking, HBL Mobile Banking and HBL ATM. However a nominal fee of PKR 25 would be charged for each transaction routed via this channel.
  4. Fee will not be allowed to be paid in instalments. Total amount mentioned in the challan is to be paid. The Bank has been advised not to accept part payments.
  5. Any queries related to this challan may be referred to the Accounts Officer, Muhammad Salahuddin on 0341-2854203 or 111-111-487 ext. 214.
  6. Fees are to be paid by due date failing which School will charge late fee @ Rs. 1,000/- till challan validity date. Thereafter Rs. 5,000/- will be charged as late fee / cancellation / revalidation charges of challan.
  7. Fees must be paid within due date to ensure that the student’s name appears in the attendance sheet otherwise the student will be marked as absent till dues are cleared. Hence, defaulting students are liable to fail the course/semester due to short attendance. Liability for this lapse will rest on the student alone.
