Diploma in Interior Decoration and Design 
The course is aimed at preparing participants to work commercially with architects and interior designers. It explores the key aspects of interior design and decoration so that students will obtain a firm understanding of the fundamentals of interior design and decoration.  Assignments completed during the course will form an impressive portfolio for students to show to prospective employers and potential clients. The curriculum includes field trips, visits to showrooms and important built spaces. 

Diploma in Sketching, Drawing and Painting
This is a basic drawing and painting course. It has been carefully designed to give beginners and more experienced artists who feel they lack some basic techniques, a sound introduction to painting and drawing. The study units cover a wide range of subjects with different media. One of the key objectives of the course is to enable students to learn enough about painting and drawing in its many forms, to start to understand which areas they enjoy most – with a view to concentrating more on these areas in the future. Learning good basic techniques are very important to enable would be artists to maximise their potential.

Diploma in Event Management
The event management industry is a young and dynamic industry that has been expanding rapidly in Pakistan in the past few years giving rise to an ever increasing demand for professionals who are able to manage events.  The objective of the Diploma in Event Management  is to provide participants with the numerous theory and operational skills required for managing successful events. The event manager's job involves arranging every aspect of an event from budgeting, finance, sponsorship, marketing, managing to organizing and coordinating all the elements that will make an event memorable and successful.

The objective of the Six month Diploma in Event Management is to provide participants with the numerous theory and operational skills required for managing successful events. The course will proceed through a logical outline to include all the following topics and their practical implications in events.

Diploma in Business Communication and Writing Skills
The course intends to provide students with the current knowledge and information on various approaches of communication. It also imparts knowledge necessary to improve their ability to communicate effectively. All relevant reading, writing, listening and speaking skills are practiced extensively and techniques to improve students’ working vocabulary and ability to express themselves in a clear and convincing manner is built upon.

Diploma in 3D Animation with Maya
Maya as the world's leading 3D graphics technology software is a tool for custom development, and training solutions for the film and video, games, web, interactive media, automotive, industrial design, education, and visualization markets. Maya is the professional 3D animation and effects package extensively utilized in advertising, design, motion picture, animation and electronic media industries. In an effort to optimally prepare our students for the working world, we will teach them this cutting edge tool used in the Industry in practical/hands-on style

Diploma in Educational Planning and Office Administration

The main purpose of the Diploma is to produce support staff that would help Executive Management both in education and corporate world, with its daily administrative tasks.  This program is designed in such a way that in addition to the secretarial courses, it also provides an integrated understanding of essential aspects of management studies. Not only shall this program cater to the needs of those who aspire for a career in education and office administration but shall also be an excellent foundational course for those who want to further their studies in the areas of Management and Administration. 

Eligibility and registration:

• Students must have cleared intermediate/ ‘A’ levels and be at least eighteen years old.  No previous art or design experience is necessary.
• Selection interviews are the basic criteria for admission to Diploma courses.
• The Continuing Education Programme (CEP) office is located in the administration block of IVS and its hours are 11.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. (Saturday hours: 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.). 
• Diploma certificates will be issued to all individuals who have attended 80% or more of scheduled class hours and obtained at least a satisfactory grade.
• The details about fee structure of diploma courses are available with CEP office.  Payments in installments can be facilitated.
