The campus is located along the beach front facing the mouth of Karachi's harbor. Ringed on all sides by public parks, the campus is in a residential area with easy access to public transport, and a major food district behind it. The many apartments lying alongside provide easy accommodation for students from outside Karachi.

 

While the college does not provide housing for students, it does help in finding
and negotiating accommodation for students.

Currently, most external students opt for apartments around IVS or in nearby Clifton/D.H.A. for ease of transportation. Prices are varied and depend on the quality/size of the apartment as
well as the number of students sharing it.
